Rambouillet Forest
Former hunting estate of the kings of France, the forest of Rambouillet is located 40 km south-west of Paris and covers 4,000 ha. Composed mainly of oaks and pines, it offers varied reliefs and landscapes appreciated by walkers, cyclists or riders.
Second most frequented forest in Ile-de-France after Fontainebleau, it has a unique natural and cultural heritage.
